CM Jan Sunwai App is a mobile application developed by the Government of National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi to promote good governance through the use of information technology. The application provides an integrated grievance redressal mechanism that enables citizens to submit, track, and manage their complaints online at any time.
The application is hosted and distributed through the NIC e-Gov Mobile App Store / Google Play Store and delivers e-Governance services to citizens. The content and services available through this application are provided by the concerned Departments of the Government of NCT of Delhi.
The information available in the application is for general reference purposes only unless otherwise specified. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and reliability, users are advised to verify information with the concerned department. Users may create an account in the CM Jan Sunwai App through the Sign-Up screen to access grievance filing and tracking features.
